Please note: submitting an application doesn't guarantee a collaboration. All partnerships are at Cosmetica Med Spa's sole discretion, and we may not be able to respond to every application. Any treatment requires a medical consultation, and our providers may decline treatment that isn't medically appropriate. Partnerships may be gifted, discounted or paid, and all content must be disclosed in line with FTC guidelines.
