Booking and your first visit
How do I book an appointment?
Book online at book.cosmeticamedspa.com, or call us at (561) 621-1578. Each treatment page also has a Book button that takes you straight to that service.
Do I need a consultation, and what does it cost?
For most injectables, body treatments and medical programs, yes. It's a $100 consultation, 100% applied to your treatment if you move forward. If you choose not to go ahead with treatment, the consultation fee is non-refundable. Many skin treatments, like Hydrafacials, can be booked directly.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. You can book a virtual consultation online if you'd like to talk through your options before coming in.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Plan to arrive a few minutes early to complete your intake forms. Your provider will review your goals and health history, explain your options and pricing, and answer your questions before any treatment. There's never any pressure to decide on the spot.
How should I prepare for injectables?
If you can, avoid alcohol for about 24 hours beforehand, and skip optional supplements that can raise bruising risk, like fish oil and vitamin E, for a few days. Never stop a prescribed medication without talking to your doctor. Read more in our first Botox appointment guide.
What are your hours?
We're open every day from 8am to 8pm, including weekends.
Where are you located?
We're at 4400 N. Federal Hwy, Suite 150, Boca Raton, FL 33431, in the Sanctuary Shoppes plaza, the same plaza as Bank of America. We welcome clients from across South Palm Beach and North Broward, including Delray Beach, Highland Beach, Deerfield Beach and Parkland.
Is there parking?
Yes. There's convenient parking on site, right in front of the med spa.
Safety and our team
Who performs treatments?
Treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals and overseen by our medical director, Dr. Andrei Gherghina, a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon.
Are your treatments safe?
Every treatment starts with a review of your health history, and we only recommend treatments that are appropriate for you. We use established, trusted brands, and your provider will always explain the risks and what to expect.
Do you treat men?
Yes. We treat men for Botox, jawline filler, laser hair removal, TRT, medical weight loss, PRP for men and more.
Is there a minimum age for treatment?
We follow the standard minimum age for each treatment, which for most cosmetic treatments is 18. Some treatments may be available to younger clients with a parent or guardian's consent, at our provider's discretion.
Will my results look natural?
That's our focus. We plan every treatment around your features and often build results gradually, so you look refreshed, not overdone. See real before and after results.
Pricing and payment
How much do treatments cost?
Botox is $9.99 per unit, fillers start at $699 per syringe, and Hydrafacials start at $199. See starting prices for every treatment on our pricing page. Your provider will confirm your exact price before treatment.
What forms of payment do you accept? Do you offer financing?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and CareCredit, which lets you pay for treatments over time. We don't bill insurance.
What does the weight loss or hormone membership include?
Our $100 monthly memberships for medical weight loss, HRT and TRT cover medical supervision and check-ins. Medication, hormones and bloodwork are billed separately, and we'll review those costs with you before you start.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund of any fees paid in advance. If you miss your appointment without calling, any fee collected up front, including the consultation fee, is non-refundable.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Choose $100, $200, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500, or a custom amount. Buy a gift card.
Treatments
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That's what your consultation is for. Your provider will assess your skin, face or body and recommend a plan based on your goals and budget. You can also browse all our treatments and guides.
Do injections hurt?
Most people feel only a quick pinch. Many fillers contain a numbing agent, and we can apply numbing cream for extra comfort.
Is there downtime?
Many treatments have little or none. Injectables can cause mild swelling or bruising for a few days, and some skin treatments cause a few days of redness or peeling. Each treatment page lists the expected downtime.
