Balancing your profile
Much of facial balancing is about the side view. How treatments work together

Your appointment, step by step
- Assessment. Your injector studies your face from the front and both sides, and talks through what you'd like to change.
- Your plan. You'll get a recommendation for which areas to treat, which products to use and how much, along with your price, before anything begins.
- Treatment. After numbing, filler is placed in small amounts, and your injector checks balance from every angle as they go. Most appointments take about 60 to 90 minutes.
- Follow-up. Many plans include a check-in or second visit after about two weeks, once swelling has settled, for any fine-tuning.
Results
Results are visible right away and settle over two weeks. Mild swelling and bruising fade over a few days. Individual results vary.
Aftercare
- Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and heat for 24 hours.
- Don't press, rub or massage treated areas unless your injector tells you to.
- Sleep with your head slightly raised the first night to reduce swelling.
- Call us right away if you notice increasing pain or any change in skin color.
Safety
Facial balancing uses FDA-approved fillers, most of them hyaluronic acid, which can be dissolved if needed. Swelling and bruising are common and temporary.
