At Cosmetica Med Spa, our medically supervised weight loss membership is $100 per month. It covers your medical supervision and regular check-ins. The medication itself and your bloodwork are billed separately, and your provider will go over those costs with you before you begin.
For the medication, Zepbound's manufacturer, Eli Lilly, offers self-pay pricing through its LillyDirect program for people paying out of pocket. As of 2026, Lilly lists its self-pay prices at $299 per month for the 2.5 mg starting dose, $399 for 5 mg and $449 for 7.5 mg to 15 mg, when refills are ordered within 45 days. Lilly sets these prices, and they can change.
What a typical month can look like
