How it works
A device with very fine needles creates thousands of microscopic channels in the skin. Your body responds by producing fresh collagen and elastin, which gradually firms and smooths the skin.
What to expect at your appointment
After cleansing, numbing cream is applied for about 30 minutes. The treatment itself takes around 30 minutes. Your skin will look pink and feel like a mild sunburn for one to three days.
Results
Skin looks brighter within a week, and collagen continues to build for several months. Individual results vary.

Microneedling with PRP
Adding PRP means a small blood draw at the start of your visit. The sample is spun to concentrate your platelets, which are applied to the skin during treatment. PRP microneedling is $599 per session, compared with $399 for microneedling on its own.
Aftercare
- For the first 24 hours, use only a gentle cleanser and the aftercare products we recommend. No makeup.
- Avoid retinoids, acids and exfoliants for three to five days.
- Skip workouts, saunas and swimming for 24 to 48 hours.
- Stay out of direct sun and wear SPF 30 or higher every day.
- Light flaking around day two or three is normal. Let it shed on its own.
Side effects
Redness, tightness and mild swelling are expected for one to three days. Pinpoint bleeding during treatment and light bruising are possible. Infection and pigment changes are uncommon when aftercare is followed. We'll postpone treatment if you have an active breakout, a cold sore or recently used isotretinoin.

Frequently asked questions
How many microneedling sessions will I need?
Most people see the best results after three to six sessions spaced about four to six weeks apart. Deeper acne scars may need more.
Does microneedling hurt?
A numbing cream is applied beforehand, so most people feel only light pressure and a mild scratching sensation.
What does adding PRP do?

When can I wear makeup?
Wait at least 24 hours so the tiny channels in your skin can close.
Who shouldn't get microneedling?
