Your visit, step by step
- Book online or call. A $100 deposit holds your time and is credited to your treatment. Online booking lets you book for 2 to 6 guests at once, which is popular before weddings, bachelorette weekends and birthdays.
- Get ready. Eat a light meal and drink water beforehand, wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily, and bring a list of your medications and supplements.
- Health screening. Your provider reviews your health history, medications and goals. Pick a drip from the menu, or start with bloodwork and your provider builds your drip from the results.
- IV placement. A small, flexible catheter is placed in your arm. Most people feel a quick pinch.
- Relax for 30 to 60 minutes. Answer email, scroll or rest with a show.

Safety and side effects
IV fluids and some vitamins aren't right for everyone. Let us know if you have heart failure, kidney disease or high blood pressure, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medications that affect fluid or electrolyte balance. Your screening is there to keep treatment safe, and your provider may recommend a different option.
Most people feel nothing more than a small pinch when the IV is placed. Mild bruising or tenderness at the site can happen and fades within a few days.
