IV therapy near Boynton Beach
Hydration, vitamin and NAD+ drips in a medical setting
You can get an IV in Boynton Beach a dozen ways, including at your kitchen table. Cosmetica Med Spa is a different kind of stop: a physician-supervised med spa in north Boca Raton, 20 to 30 minutes south, where every drip starts with a health screening and runs in a private room. Drips start at $199.
What's on the menu, and what it costs
IV drips at Cosmetica start at $199. Here's what each option is for, how long it takes and where pricing starts.
| Option | Good for | Time | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hydration drip | Travel, heat, a hard workout or a long week | 30 to 60 minutes | From $199 |
| Vitamin drip | Fluids plus vitamins such as B-complex and vitamin C, with minerals | 30 to 60 minutes | From $199 |
| NAD+ IV | Energy and healthy-aging goals. Infused slowly | 2 hours or more | From $399 |
| Vitamin shot | A quick top-up when you don't need a full drip | A few minutes | From $50 |
Your provider recommends a drip after your screening. IV therapy supports hydration and wellness. It doesn't treat disease or replace care from your own doctor.

When Boynton clients book a drip
- After a long day on the water out of the Boynton Inlet

- In the middle of a South Florida summer, when the heat wins
- After a long run or ride along A1A
- During a week with too much work and too little sleep
Your first visit, step by step
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Screening | We go over your health history and medications and check that a drip is right for you |
| Placement | A small catheter goes into your arm. Most people feel a quick pinch |
| The drip | 30 to 60 minutes for most drips, longer for NAD+. Read, answer email or rest |
| After | Back to your day right away |
A light meal and a glass of water beforehand make the IV easier to place. Wear sleeves that roll up, and bring a list of your medications and supplements.
What NAD+ feels like
NAD+ is the one drip that can't be rushed. It runs slowly, usually two hours or more, and some people feel flushing, chest tightness or nausea while it's going in. Slowing the drip usually settles it, which is why we keep a close eye on it the whole time. Research on NAD+ is still developing, and your provider will talk through whether it fits your goals.
After your drip
- Keep the bandage on for about 15 minutes, or an hour if you bruise easily.
- Drink at least 24 ounces of water through the rest of the day.
- Skip exercise for 2 hours.
- A small bruise where the IV went in is common and fades within a few days. Call us at (561) 621-1578 if anything at the site seems unusual.
How often can you get IV therapy?
There's no single answer. It depends on your health, your goals and the drip itself, so your provider sets a schedule that fits you after your screening.
Check with us first if
you have heart failure, kidney disease or high blood pressure, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have G6PD deficiency, or take medication that affects fluids or electrolytes. Your screening is there to keep you safe, and your provider may suggest a different option.
